The restrooms will be a pre-fabricated structure with two full bathrooms, a storage area for the farmer's market and a water fountain/water bottle filler station.

The work will also include installation of underground water, sewer, and electric utilities, a new foundation support system, and an ADA compliant path to connect the restroom to the parking lot.

Portions of the lot will be temporarily blocked off to facilitate construction.
