WAKEFIELD, MA — A lottery ticket worth $10,000 was sold recently at a Wakefield shop.
The lucky ticket was in the Lifetime Millions game. It was sold at Mark's Smoke Shop in Wakefield.
Lifetime Millions is a $50 scratch-off ticket.
The Mass Lottery publishes a daily list of winning tickets worth $600 or more that are claimed by players across the state.
Retailers that sell winning tickets typically receive a bonus from the Lottery. Players are also reminded to sign the back of their tickets and play responsibly.
