1,000 Were Without Power In Waltham

WALTHAM, MA — Around 5 p.m. nearly 1,000 National Grid customers are without power in Waltham, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency. The agency said the estimated time of restoration is 6:30 p.m. But by 5:30 p.m. it looked like the lights came back on.

But not for everyone.

Currently across the state there are more than 10,000 outages.
