18-Year-Old Homeless Man Charged With Assault, Violating Abuse Prevention: Waltham Police

WALTHAM, MA -- The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log.

Jan. 1

• At 9:32 p.m., Jose Lopez Ordonez, 34, 168 Newton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor (first offense), leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation

Jan. 3

• At 9:57 p.m., Robert MacDonald, 55, homeless, was arrested and charged with trespassing

Jan. 4

• At 5:05 p.m., Jason Collura, 28, 46 Jennings Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws
• At 6:22 p.m., Cody Barrett, 18, homeless, was arrested and charged with assault and battery (two counts), violating an abuse prevention order
• At 8:42 p.m., Brian Melmick, 38, 35 Hartwell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a revoked license, possession of a Class B drug
