2 Arrested for Armed Robbery, 1 for Obscene Matter to Minor: Waltham Police

WALTHAM, MA -- The following are excerpts from the Waltham Police Department log.

Jan. 5

• At 4:40 p.m., Andrey Brito Viera, 39, 90 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, one way street violation, warrant
• At 8:41 p.m., Mark Sinerate, 26, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon
• At 10:34 p.m., Arthur Davis, 43, 40 Livingstone Lane, Waltham, was arrested and charged with a warrant and larceny over $250

Jan. 9

• At 8:48 p.m., Randih Ramirez-Molina, 30, 151 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with alcohol from an open container, driving with a suspended license, failing to yield
