Monday, Nov. 17

Dario Merisma, 31, of 17 Summer Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Monday and charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

Stephen Merisma, 31, of 17 Summer Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Monday and charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

Sunday, Nov. 16

Mark Cioffi, 47, of 70 Milner St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. Sunday on a warrant for assault and battery, witness intimidation and attempt to commit a crime.

Orlando Jimenez, 24, of 57 Day St., Fitchburg, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Sterling Connolly, 19, of 11 Pinecone Drive, Kingston, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery and resisting arrest.

Sigfredo Perez, 37, of 24 Lawton Place, Waltham, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. Friday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked. Perez also had a warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield.
