ALERT: Emergency Shelter Open in Waltham Overnight
Waltham is opening up the emergency shelter at the Bright School.
WALTHAM, MA -- The temporary emergency shelter at the former Bright Elementary School is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday overnight (Jan. 22-24) from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. for anyone who may need it.
The shelter is located at the old Bright School at the corner of Grove Street and Bright Street in Waltham.
The Shelter will be staffed by a Building Custodian and a required Police Officer.

Building Maintenance will set up cots and blankets as needed.
The Clark Street side should only be for emergency exit only, not used as an entrance.

The entrance is on Grove Street.
Everyone is reminded that this is a non-smoking facility and premises.
