WALTHAM, MA — Halloween is going to the dogs in Waltham today with costumed pups, candy-filled car trunks and plenty of fall fun for the whole family.
The festivities get underway at 11 a.m. at Waltham Common, where Marketplace Day brings together local vendors and community members.
Four-legged residents get their moment in the spotlight at The Dog Retreat & Spa, 219 Bear Hill Road, where a free Halloween Dog Parade and Open House runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
And when the sun goes down, neighborhood trick-or-treating takes center stage.
