Arrest for Giving Drugs for Sex, Attempted Murder, Gun Close to Dwelling: Waltham Police

WALTHAM, MA - The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log. An arrest doesn’t indicate a conviction .

Dec. 4

• At 9:32 a.m., Sildy German, 31, 455 Totten Pond Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with false statement of a credit card, forging a RMV document, forging of a document
• At 12:38 p.m., John Guy, 47, 8-3 Garden Circle, Waltham, was arrested and charged with having a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, false statement of firearm application, attempted murder

Dec. 5

• At 2:26 p.m., Edward Coss, 64, 66 Hansen Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with rape, giving liquor to a person under 21, sexual intercourse for drugs
• At 8:24 p.m., Jeffrey Redfern, 45, 63 Plympton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, defacing property, attempting to commit a crime, driving with a suspended license
