Man Accused Of 'Lewd' Behavior In Waltham Arrested

WALTHAM, MA — After a months-long investigation, police say they have charged a Boston man in connection with a series of incidents in Waltham and Malden that were “deliberate and sexual in nature.”

Malachi Scott, 29, was arrested Monday in Waltham, according to news releases. The exact charges were not immediately available.

While no physical injuries were reported, the incidents caused emotional distress to residents, police said.

In one incident, Scott was said to have driven several times by a woman near Moody Street in Waltham “while exposing his genitals in a lewd manner.”

He will be arraigned at Malden District Court at a later date.
