Arrests for Assault on Family Member, Destruction of Property: Waltham Police
The following are excerpts from the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Saturday, Nov. 15
- At 1:18 a.m., Jamie Crispin, 24, homeless, was arrested and charged with trespassing
- At 1:30 a.m., Samantha Plante, 25, homeless, was arrested and charged with trespassing
- At 8:31 a.m., Robert Sharps, 40, 31 Corey Lane, Middletown, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, destruction of property over $250
- At 5:37 p.m., Man Tran, 26, 50 Fox Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with improper use of a credit card, warrant, assault and battery on a family/household member, destruction of property over $250, threat to commit a crime
