- At 8:38 p.m., Latiana Wigfall, 26, 120 Robbins St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, larceny under $250

- At 5:54 p.m., Brian Maguire, 40, 14 Trimount Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class B drugs, distributing Class A drugs

- At 1:19 a.m., Fabricio Rossi, 24, 173 Willow St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation, speeding
- At 1:59 a.m., Juno Kaski, 36, 36 River St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI, speeding, unlicensed operation
- At 10:55 p.m., Ernest Russo, 19, 155 South St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking glass in a building, breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony
