• At 8:35 p.m., Abelardo Pineda-Gonzalez, 37, 18 Norumbega, Waltham, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, OUI Liquor (first offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, care in stopping/starting

Nov. 17

• At 7:29 a.m., Zachary Parsons, 18, 241 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged on a warrant, possessing a firearm without an FID card
• At 9:51 p.m., Michael Kolb, 29, 436 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with a warrant, assault and battery on a family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
