• At 12:34 a.m., Mikhai Parshin, 20, 237 Moody St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest
• At 7:37 p.m., Thiago Almeida-Queroz, 30, 14 Lexington Terrace, Waltham, was arreste and charged with attempting to commit a crime, disorderly conduct

Oct. 18

• At 3:39 a.m., Jacob Laustsen, 22, 16 Topsfield Road, Boxford, was arrested and charged with OUI, speeding, lights violation
• At 2:31 p.m., Jose O’Neill, 25, 120 Robbins St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen credit card, improper use of a credit card, uninsured vehicle, unregistered vehicle
• At 8:55 p.m., Mackenny Clerveau, 20, 3019 Symms Circle, Arlington, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, drug possession with intent to distribute
