Assault With a Dangerous Weapon, Distributing Drugs, Reckless Operation: Waltham Arrests

WALTHAM, MA -- The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log.

Dec. 14

• At 6:21 p.m., Randall Vars, 48, homeless, was arrested and charged with assault and battery
• At 8:56 p.m., Micah Howard, 33, 541 Massachusetts Ave., Boston, was arrested and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, assault with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of property damage

Dec. 15

• At 7:02 p.m., Adrian Herrero, 24, 174 Lexington St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class B drug, drug possession to distribute

Dec. 16

• At 2:23 p.m., Enrique Pena, 25, 142 Myrtle St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
• At 10:20 p.m., Robert Hay, 34, 7778 Schott Road, Westerville, was arrested and charged with assault and battery (two counts)
