The school's mascot, Flex, appeared on "The Today Show" Tuesday morning to celebrate.

WALTHAM, MA – Bentley University was ranked first overall in career services by The Princeton Review, edging out nearby Northeastern University for the top spot.

According to The Princeton Review, more than 98 percent of graduating seniors in 2015 found employment or enrolled in graduate school within six months of receiving their degree.

The rankings highlighted Bentley's four-year development plan for students, which it said contributes to the school's high placement rates. Citing information from PayScale, The Princeton Review said the median starting salary for Bentley graduates with a bachelor's degree is $58,000 and mid-career median salary is $96,500.
