WALTHAM, MA - Bentley University students are offering their free tax return preparation service for the 17th consecutive year.
Run through the IRS-sponsored Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, the service is operated by both graduate and undergraduate accounting students.
"VITA allows Bentley students to not only apply their technical knowledge of tax to real world experiences, but it offers a channel for students to give back to their surrounding community,” Julie Keedy, a Bentley student, said in a press release.
