Bonefish Grill Set to Open Next Month, Hiring 120
The restaurant has a September target date to open in Waltham, and is hiring more than 100 in the area.

Opening on Monday, Sept. 28, in Waltham, owners are hiring more than 120 area residents to fill various positions.
The restaurant features market-fresh fish and wood grilled specialties, as well as hand-crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list.
