Bonefish Grill's Opening in Waltham, and Its Hiring 120 People

A listing on Ziprecruiter announces that Bonefish Grill is opening soon in Waltham and Westfood, and is hiring lots of positions. More than 120, in fact.

“This includes all facets of restaurant operations,” says the listing, and includes positions in the kitchen, at the front of the house and bar staff.

Last summer, Boston Restaurants confirmed that Bonefish Grill, a Florida-based seafood chain, was moving in to 10 CityPoint in Waltham located near Route 128/95 near exit 27.

A spokesperson for Bloomin’ Brands confirmed to Patch that Bonefish would be bringing more than 120 jobs to Waltham and would open later this year.

There is one Bonefish Grill presently in Massachusetts, located in Burlington. The restaurant’s dinner menu features salmon, lobster, sea scallops, tuna, tilapia and Chilean sea bass.
