WALTHAM, MA — Brandeis University art students are set to show off their latest works at the 2023 Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts.

The festival features works from students, faculty and staff, alongside other distinguished guest artists. This year's festival focuses in on "Art in the Year of Climate Action".

The festival begins on Friday and continues through the weekend, with a brief pause until it resumes on April 26 through April 30.

Four events are scheduled for Friday, including the annual Henri Lazarof Chamber Concert at Slosberg Music Center, a performance of "Hamlet" at Shapiro Campus Center Theater and WBRS’ Brandeis Calling, an outdoor music festival featuring some of the standout talent at Brandeis.

Sunday is billed as the festival's "Super Sunday" with events on the great lawn and at other venues across campus from 12 to 5 p.m.
