Break In to a Depository, Defacing Property: Waltham Arrests
The following are excerpts from the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 18
- At 3:48 p.m., Keith Warren, 21, 410 Langley Road, Newton, was arrested and charged with driving without an inspection sticker, suspended license, warrant, larceny under $250, breaking and entering at night for a felony, defacing property
Nov. 19
- At 1:29 p.m., William Solares, 38, 11 Appleton Common, Franklin, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, failing to stop/yield, failing to wear a seatbelt
- At 10:21 a.m., Kenneth Seacrist, 36, 216 Highland Ave., Watertown, was arrested and charged on a warrant, destruction of property over $250, break in to a depository
