Join us for a family-style Indian feast where the 
food is shared, the conversation flows, and making new friends is 
basically guaranteed. 
Perfect for anyone who's new in town, loves exploring new restaurants, 
or just wants to meet new people over seriously good food.
Here's the deal:
🍛 Family-style dining = we're sharing dosas, 
curries, bread, and delicious mango lassis (don't worry, you get your 
own plate! 😉)

Important: This is a family-style 
experience, everyone shares the same meal together, and we split the 
check evenly. The portions here are meant for sharing (individual orders
 get awkward real fast). If that's not your vibe, totally cool, just 
skip this one and catch the next event!
The practical stuff:
Event is capped at 12 people. We'll order 2 dosas, 4 curries, and 1-2 naan breadbaskets depending on the bread mood!
Only one check is allowed, so be prepared to Venmo the organizer at the end of the meal. We'll split the total evenly!
Want to bring a friend? Great! Just add them to the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. (One guest per person, please!)
Heads up: 
There's a small $3 event fee to reserve your spot and keep our group 
size dialed in. A small commitment upfront means better planning and a 
smoother experience for everyone!

We'll be making reservations so try to be as on

Dr. Benjamin Remillard will discuss the role of New England’s people of color in the Revolution, what drew them to the Patriot or Loyalist causes, as well as what life was like for them and their communities after the war as the new nation struggled to find its footing.Benjamin Remillard is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of History and Classics at Providence College. He recently received his Ph.D. in History from the University of New Hampshire and his current book project, Friends, Brothers, and Citizens: The Revolutionary War Veterans of Color Who Shaped the Early Republic, explores the lives of the Revolution’s veterans and non-veteran Patriots of color who lived across the Northeast during the early American republic.
