Celebrate National Ice Cream Day This Weekend at Waltham's Pizzi Farm

Waltham, MA - Stop by Pizzi Farm this Sunday for its National Ice Cream Day celebration, filled with games, prizes, ice cream eating contests and more.

The shop will kick off the festivities at 5:30 p.m. by unveiling its Soda Fountain Favorites Stamps, a collection of stamps honoring the United States Postal Service. At 6 p.m., Pizzi Farm will host its Sundae Funday 5K, which offers one-mile and 5K routes that both start and end at Pizzi Farm.

Though registration is closed for the race, attendees can still stop by the after-party, which offers games, prizes, ice cream eating contests and a dunk tank.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Waltham Boys & Girls Club.

Pizzi Farm is located at 549 Lincoln St. in Waltham.
