Christmas Day Larceny, OUI, Breaking and Entering: Waltham Police

WALTHAM, MA -- The following are excerpts from the Waltham police department.

Dec. 22

• At 12:59 a.m., Anthony Smith-Pacheo, 21, 262 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, warrant
• At 10:36 p.m., Mark McDonald, 30, 64 Partridge St., Watertown,w as arrested and charged with care in stopping/starting, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI (first offense)

Dec. 23

• At 10:12 p.m., Francesca Salvucci, 24, 110 Overland Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, larceny over $250

Dec. 25

• At 6:17 p.m., James Storck, 46, 100 Hillcrest Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, larceny from a person, possession of Class B drugs
