Waltham Land Trust Holds Duck Walk Warm Up Slide Show
Attend this short presentation to see photos of waterfowl commonly found in Waltham.
Come to this one-hour slide show and see photos of 34 birds commonly found along Waltham’s waterways. The event, sponsored by the Waltham Land Trust, will be at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, January 20, in the lecture hall of the Watham Public Library (735 Main Street). Everyone will get a ”cheat sheet” with photos and brief descriptions of the waterfowl. This is the perfect primer for the WLT’s annual Duck Walk along the Charles River, which is scheduled for Saturday, January 23, but might be postponed--check WLT’s website for updates.
