El Rincon De Moody's Abruptly Closes Taqueria For Winter Season

WALTHAM, MA — After it popped up in the Back Room at Moody's Deli folks were ready for more so El Rincon De Moody's opened in its own space on Moody Street In May. This week those looking for a quality taco may have to go elsewhere.

"We will be closed for the winter season," reads a post on social media Wednesday. No reason was given for the sudden season closure. "Thank you for all of your support and we apologize for any inconvenience."

But the post does end with a promising "see you soon."

It's not immediately clear what soon means here.

This is the smallest of Chef Joshua Smith's four spaces (Moody's Deli, The Backroom and Crudo Bar) on Moody Street in Waltham.
