Coppo Wine Dinner

On Wednesday, February 1st, we are honored to be hosting Max Coppo of the Coppo Winery from the town of Canelli in Piedmont's Asti province. The winery was established in the early 1900's by Max's great-grandfather, Piero Coppo. While the kitchen is working out a fabulous menu for the evening, the wines have already been chosen:
