Dave B and the Hot Shots will give a free open-air concert at the Waltham Farmers' Market. This 5-piece group, performing authentic interpretations of vintage R&B Jump Blues/New Orleans music from the late '40s through the mid '60s, was formed in the early '90s and features three of its original members, Dave Birkin (sax/vocals), Mark Shelford (guitar/vocals), and Ken Steiner (acoustic bass/vocals), as well as Richard Malcolm on drums and Jim Heffernan on keys.
