Fragile Beginnings Support Group

The transition to parenthood is accompanied by a range of emotions. For parents whose babies are born prematurely or are treated in the NICU, there are additional fears and challenges. This group provides a relaxed, non-judgmental environment for you to give and receive support with other parents who have shared this experience.

To reach more families who need our support, we now provide both in-person and phone-based groups, which are open to all parents whose babies were born prematurely or spent time in the NICU.

The Center for Early Relationship Support provides services designed to meet the many complex needs of families in the first three years of their child’s life. Our services are grounded in the knowledge that nurturing maternal strengths within a caring community promotes secure infant-parent attachments. All sessions are open to people of all faiths and races.
