Francis Stanton, a young, conservative Republican and life-long resident of Waltham,is running for State Representative in the newly redesigned 10th Middlesex District. Francis graduated from Sienna College with a degree in History and Business. The 10th Middlesex covers about6 wards in Waltham, and 1 precinct in Newton and 3 in Watertown.
