On Wednesday, May 30th, 2012 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM, Chef Erwin Ramos of Ole Restaurant Group will join be joined by brewer Brett Porter from Goose Island Beer Company at Gordon’s Fine Wine & Liquors in Waltham, MA for a specially paired, 4-course beer dinner.
Ramos, winner of several “Best of Boston” awards and an award for contributing to Mexican Gastronomy from the Ministry of Mexican Agriculture, is a true culinary pioneer, and has outdone himself to prepare a four-course menu of Mexican favorites with a twist, perfectly paired with food friendly craft beers from Goose Island Beer Company.
