Hovey Players is excited to announce the return of its Hovey Summer Shorts opening Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 8pm. Hovey is proud to bring back this collaborative endeavor to the Metro-west/Boston theatre community - it's first festival was 15 years ago!
Trustee and Board Member, Mike Haddad, will produce the festival, which will feature ten 10-minute short plays.
Directing are Evin Anderson, Mike Haddad, Tatiana Ivan, Lau Lapides, Caitlin Stewart-Swift, and Katelyn Tustin.

The Ensemble includes: Abigail Bower, Alex Raine, Christina Wolfskehl, David Schrag, Ellen Robinson, Evin Anderson, Francisco Marquez, Katelyn Tustin, KC O’Connor, Marea Beeman, Meghen Kenny, Mike Haddad, Nick-Bennet-Zendzian, and Tatiana Ivan.
The Festival performance dates are July 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, & 16, 2011. Reservations can be made by calling (781) 893-9171 or via email at Reservations@hoveyplayers.com. Performances will be at the Abbott Memorial Theater, Joel's Way at 9 Spring Street in Waltham, next to the Waltham Public Library. Tickets are $15 each (for 10 plays!).
