MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION MEDITATION
This program is based on systematic and intensive training in mindfulness meditation and gentle mindful hatha yoga, adaptable for everyone. The curriculum, developed in the Stress Reduction Clinic over the course of three decades, is designed to teach program participants how to integrate and apply mindfulness in their everyday lives with the wide range of challenges arising from physical and psychological life stresses.

INSTRUCTOR: Laura Carmen Arena, Ed.M., M.T.S., RYT 200
Laura is a gentle yoga teacher who has studied meditation in various traditions and has advanced training in teaching the Mind Body Stress Reduction Program from the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at U Mass Medical Center.
