Living with Parkinson's: Education, Networking, and Support Group

Have you ever felt lost in the shuffle as you or a family member has transitioned from the hospital to a VNA or rehab, to being home without any services?
Ever wondered whether the whole system is broken? Well, it is!
Ellen Lash, Director of JF&CS Home Care Operations, will show you how to empower yourself during these transitions and learn about efforts to fix the system which are underway.

Parkinson’s support group meets the first Thursday of every month. We encourage anyone affected by Parkinson’s to join us.
Meetings are facilitated by Nancy Mazonson, Marjie Sokoll, and Barbara Sternfield.
Participation is free and open to the entire community.
When: Thursday, June 7, 10:30 a.m. - noon
Where: JF&CS Headquarters, 1430 Main Street, Waltham
Please RSVP to asullivan@jfcsboston.org or 781-693-1336.
