Gordon's Culinary Center is holding a Saki and Sushi tasting as well as a raffle to benefit the Japanese Red Cross.
Raffle registration suggested and attendance not required to win the prize. Raffle prizes include: A private sake tasting for up to 10 people by Sake expert, Michael J. Simkin or a private wine tasting for up to 10 people conducted by Lindsay Cohen, Dinner for 4 at Tryst Restaurant in Arlington (tax, tip, and alcohol not included), $100 Gift Certificate to Garden at the Cellar in Cambridge $100 Gift Certificate to Wasik's Cheese Shop in Wellesley.
