Former Polaroid Site in Waltham Could Get Hotel

The developer of the is trying to add a hotel to his plans, according to the Boston Globe.

Developer Sam Park told the Globe in a Sunday, June 24 article, that he is seeking to add 1 million more square feet to the project which already includes plans for office and retail space.

Park, however, has to generate a plan to keep the traffic out of the city’s residential neighborhoods. Park told the Globe he could have up to two hotels.
