Four Waltham Cases Announced in Grand Jury Indictments

The Middlesex District Attorney's Office announced its indictments from Aug. 2 to Aug. 30.

WALTHAM, MA – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from Aug. 2 to Aug. 30.

Included in the indictments are four Waltham cases. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

William Childs, 33, of Waltham, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Franklin Montenegro, 34, of Waltham, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of heroin, trafficking over 200 grams of cocaine, conspiracy to traffic heroin, and conspiracy violate the Controlled Substances Act. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.

Juan Orellana, 51, of Waltham, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

Alvaro Pacheco-Ramirez, 31, of Waltham, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of heroin, trafficking over 200 grams of cocaine, conspiracy to traffic heroin, and conspiracy violate the Controlled Substances Act. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.
