Friends of the Waltham Family School Receives Generous $50,000 Grant
Local nonprofit receives support from two foundations

Friends of the Waltham Family School, a nonprofit organization that supports Waltham Family School's mission, is pleased to announce the receipt of a generous $50,000 grant from both the Community Foundation for MetroWest and the Oechsle Family Foundation.
Tracy McMahon, Board President of Friends of the Waltham Family School, expressed profound gratitude, stating, "We are extremely thankful for the incredible support from these foundations who truly understand the value of our work and its positive impact on families."
This grant will be instrumental in furthering the Waltham Family School's commitment to serving Waltham's immigrant families through English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and preschool education programs.

In 2003, the Waltham Family School (WFS) was established with a powerful mission: breaking down barriers for multilingual immigrant families in Waltham to access interactive and personalized English language and preschool education in an inclusive and rich environment.
