Grand Jury Indicts Waltham Man In Connection With Child Rape

WALTHAM, MA — Four Waltham-related indictments, including a man charged of rape on a child, were handed down by a Grand Jury between September 26 and November 20, the Middlesex DA announced Tuesday.

Happened In Waltham

Jose Nunez, 35, of Waltham, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Jacob McCrindle.

Ricardo Rodriguez-Martinez, 28, of Waltham, was charged with aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child by force. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Happened In Somerville:

Happened In Weston:

Roger Richardson, 53, of Waltham, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, 5th offense, possession of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence while under the influence. The Assistant District Attorney is Robert Meltzer.
