Greek Eatery Headed to Waltham's Main Street
Peters Greek Kitchen is slated to take over the former Café Angelinos spot on Main Street this month.
WALTHAM, MA – Waltham's going Greek this month with the opening of Peters Greek Kitchen on Main Street.
The eatery will open Dec. 12 at 1056 Main St., the former Café Angelinos space. It includes a revamped interior and all-new menu featuring Greek dinners and appetizers, gyros, sandwiches, brick oven and specialty pizzas, calzones and more.
"We’re excited to bring this new style of restaurant to the Waltham community and make it a go-to dining spot for both families and businesspeople," Thomas Fotis, owner of Peters Greek Kitchen, said in a statement. "We carefully selected our management team, redesigned the space, acquired off-street parking and expanded the hours. We’re also pursuing a beer and wine license to add to our customers’ dining experience."

Fotis said his restaurant stresses the importance of using fresh ingredients; the menu consists of homemade dishes that use authentic Greek recipes with no preservatives.
Peters Greek Kitchen opens Monday, Dec. 12. and operates from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mon. - Fri. and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekends. Free parking is available in the adjacent lot.
