There will be a little blasting in Waltham on Monday, July 20.

If you happen to hear some blasting beginning on Monday in Waltham, don’t be alarmed.
The city pulled a blast permit for some work to be done at the Fernald site to install a sewer trunk line.
The work starts on Monday, July 20, and continues for the next two- to three days, with about four to six shots between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
