Injured Cat Found Behind Dumpster in Waltham

WALTHAM, MA – Waltham Animal Control said Friday that the department is looking for information on who may have abandoned an injured cat found behind a dumpster.

The cat is about a year old, animal control said, and was found by an employee at the Gardencrest apartment complex. According to the department, her injuries were significant and only a couple of days old.

Waltham Animal Control believes someone "may have" abandoned the cat and is asking anyone with information to call the Waltham Police Department or Animal Control officer.
