Waltham Fireworks July 4, 2017: Where To See Them
A handy guide to the where and when for Waltham's 2017 Fourth of July firework celebrations - nearby.

WALTHAM,MA — It's almost Fourth of July and that means fireworks at Leary Field. And yes, they're on this year, unlike a number of neighboring communities. But when are they, anyway? We've got you covered.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. head over to Prospect Hill Park for the afternoon celebrations, which will include family activities like mini gulf, animal adventures, music and trolley rides. There will be food here, too.
At 5:30 p.m., "Back in Time" will be playing at Leary Field

Arlington: It used to be that the Friends of Robbin's Farm would roll in the big screen and let folks watch the Boston fireworks there, but that's not on this year. Arlington residents will have to wait til Town Night in September til there's fireworks.
Brookline:
Brookline doesn't set off fireworks, but there are two prime spots people go to see Boston's display. Check out Cory Hill Park or the top of Larz Anderson. But get there early to find a good spot. In recent years the trees have obstructed some of the view from Cory Hill Park, but you can still glimpse a bit of them.
Boston's fireworks start at 10 p.m. on the esplanade.
Jamaica Plain:
JP also doesn't set off its own fireworks, though if you make it to Arnold Arboretum there are always folks trying to catch a glimpse of the Boston fireworks at the top of Peter's Hill.
