The National Center for Learning Disabilities reports that 46 percent of working-age adults with learning disabilities are not in the labor force. This is more than double the rate for working-age adults without a learning disability (22.3 percent). “Navigating the Workforce” aims to close this gap by providing neurodivergent adults with the resources they need to develop workplace skills. In addition, the event teaches employers how to create an accessible workplace environment.
