LETTER: RTN Says Thanks for 'Walking Home'

To the Editor:

RTN Federal Credit Union extends its sincere thanks to the walkers, volunteers, donors and businesses who participated in our fifth annual Walk Home, Sunday, June 14, in Waltham, Dorchester and Danvers. The event was a huge success. With your help, to date, we have raised nearly $23,000 for the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. Contributions will continue to come in over the next several weeks. The Coalition will use this money in its mission to prevent homelessness, target and provide direct services, and support legislative advocacy.
