LETTER: Someone Stole Our Stroller, and We Want it Back

'We're really crushed, as we recently had a second child and really need that stroller.'

Letter from Allison Player, Waltham

We live on Maple Street (off Moody Street) and had our stroller stolen from our porch after attending Waltham Day on the Common on Saturday.

We’re really crushed, as we recently had a second child and really need that stroller (and we can’t afford another one).

We normally wouldn’t leave our stroller outside, but my one son wasn’t feeling well, and was crying, so we just focused on getting both kids upstairs. We received this stroller as a gift when our first child was born, so this is a huge loss for us. We walk our kids up and down Moody Street every day.

We moved to Waltham six years ago, got married, had kids and have been in the same place this whole time. We love the community and can’t believe someone swiped our stroller in broad daylight. Our car was parked in our driveway, so it was clear we were home.
