Deadly Weapon, OUI, and More: Waltham Police

Oct. 18
- At 3:39 a.m., Jacob Laustsen, 22, 16 Topsfield Road, Boxford, was arrested and charged with OUI (first offense), speeding, lights violation
- At 2:31 p.m., Jose O’Neill, 25, 120 Robbins St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen credit card, improper use of a credit card, uninsured MV
- At 8:55 p.m., Mackenny Clerveau, 20, 3019 Symms Circle, Arlington, was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, drug possession with intention to distribute
