
A New Hampshire man was arrested in Waltham on Saturday on charges that he robbed a bank in Lowell.
Brice Chase, 23, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested early on Saturday, Jan. 7, by the , according to a press release from Lowell Police. He is charged with unarmed robbery.
On Dec. 29, Chase allegedly tried to rob the Sovereign Bank on Merrimack Street in Lowell, according to Lowell Police. Chase allegedly passed a teller a note demanding case and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, according to Lowell Police. Initial attempts to locate Chase failed, according to Lowell Police. Detective in Lowell later got a warrant for Chase’s arrest claiming he committed the robbery.

Chase was taken back to Lowell Police and will be arraigned in court on Monday, Jan. 9
