Is Nonna's Italian Bar & Grill Closed?

Waltham, MA – Nonna's Italian Bar & Grill may be permanently closed.

The Moody Street eatery sent out a cryptic tweet Friday announcing that it was closed for business and thanking its customers for their support.

Nonna's opened last year where Erawan of Siam once sat, serving classics such as chicken and eggplant parmigiana, chicken francese and veal marsala, as well as bar staples like burgers, pizza, soups and salads.

Patch called the restaurant and tweeted at it but did not receive a response confirming the closure.
