Obituary: Sandra MacIver, 66, of Waltham

Mrs. Sandra J. (Kirrane) MacIver, of Waltham, died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at home surrounded by her family. She was 66.

Sandra was born in Brookline on Jan. 1, 1948, a daughter of the late Francis and Doris (Russell) Kirrane. She was raised and educated in Brookline, moved to Waltham in 1968 and married L. Calvin "Scotty" MacIver in 1971. She worked as an operations clerk for the New England Telephone Company in Chestnut Hill, at BayBank in Waltham and most recently had worked at Fidelity National Information Services in Norwood.

In addition to her husband, Scotty, she leaves her daughters, Tracy L. Bonilla and her husband, Luis, of Hudson, N.H., and Kelley A. MacIver and her longtime companion, Anthony Saint Louis, of Waltham; her grandchildren, L.J. Bonilla, Daniel Bonilla and Caleigh Saint Louis; her siblings, Gerald Kirrane and his wife, Bella, of Chesnut Hill, Cathy Robinson and her husband, Frank, of Derry, N.H., Donna Bean and her husband, Ken, of Zephyrhills, Fla., Linda Watson and her husband, Scoggy, of Baddeck, Nova Scotia, and Carolyn Fusco and her husband, John, of Brookline, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Sandra's life by gathering for calling hours on Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 4-7 p.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main St. (Route 20), Waltham, where her funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.
